How to prepare pandoro stars
Let’s start preparing the pandoro stars, slice the pandoro,
roll each slice with a rolling pin to flatten it and make the slice more compact,
Use the cookie cutter to cut out stars, trying to have as few scraps as possible, the number of stars should be even.
Take one star and add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center,
close with a second pandoro star
and press the edges well to make them stick together.
Place the Nutella pandoro stars on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and heat them in a pre-heated static oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
