Pandoro truffles with pistachio are easy to make and delicious, perfect to serve as a dessert during the holidays or to accompany a coffee if guests arrive for greetings. The truffles with pandoro and pistachio are also a great gift idea instead of Christmas cookies, just pack them in a Christmas tin box with a nice bow and remember to store them in the refrigerator. To finish the pandoro pistachio balls you can use either coarse pistachio granules or much finer pistachio granules, it’s up to you to choose which you prefer or you can do as I did and make them both ways. Pandoro truffles are perfect if you don’t know how to use leftover pandoro or if you have made recipes with pandoro and have some leftovers, for example, if you are preparing stars, baskets, or cannoli, you can obviously also make the panettone truffle version. I recommend also trying to make homemade pandoro and many other recipes using pandoro. Now let’s see how to make pandoro truffles with pistachio and if you try them let me know. Barbara
