Cold cake with Kinder chocolate is a delicious no-bake dessert perfect to prepare and store in the freezer to serve as a semifreddo, or keep in the freezer in case unexpected guests arrive and you want to serve a delicious dessert. This cold cake with Kinder chocolate cream is really easy to make and loved by both adults and children. I made it with Kinder maxi bars but alternatively, you can use Kinder egg chocolate or Kinder eggs. I recommend preparing the cold cake with Kinder cream the day before so it will be well chilled and the cream nice and thick. I used a 20 cm mold, if you use a larger mold, double the amount of cream. Now let’s see how to make the cold cake with Kinder chocolate, and if you try it, let me know. Barbara

How to prepare the Cold Cake with Kinder Chocolate
Let’s start preparing the Cold Cake with Kinder chocolate. Take 6 Kinder bars and break them into pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 750W for 1 minute, then take the bowl out and stir. If they are not completely melted, set it for another 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can melt the Kinder chocolate in a double boiler.
When melted, stir to get a smooth chocolate, set it aside to cool.
Pour the cream into a bowl and whip it with electric whisks.
When the Kinder cream is cold, pour it into the bowl with whipped cream
and fold it in with a fork or a spatula using movements from top to bottom to prevent it from deflating.
Line the mold with plastic wrap, leaving the sides well overhanging, which will later be used to close the cake properly. Dip the pavesini in milk
and line the base and the sides.
Pour the Kinder cream you just prepared and level it well. Break and cut the 2 remaining Kinder bars into small pieces and place them on the Kinder cream.
Dip the pavesini in milk
and place them on top of the cream to cover the cake.
Close with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 8 hours or in the freezer.
When ready to serve, you can add Kinder chocolate by melting the Kinder bars.
Slice and serve the cold cake with Kinder bars.
How to store the Cold Cake with Kinder Chocolate
Store the Cold Cake with Kinder Chocolate in the refrigerator for 2/3 days or in the freezer for several months
