Meat rolls with sauce, a delicious simple main course, tasty and easy to make, the meat remains soft and succulent. You can prepare the meat rolls in a pan with sauce as I did with thin slices of beef, or you can also use veal slices. Make sure to get some bread ready because the sauce with meat rolls is fabulous, and you’ll want to mop it up, or you can also use it to dress pasta. To fill the rolls with sauce, I used cooked ham and stringy cheese, such as pizza mozzarella, scamorza, or provola. Now let’s see how to make meat rolls with sauce, and if you try them, let me know.
