Nutella muffins delicious treats easy to make with just 2 ingredients, I recommend consuming them warm so they are nice and fluffy, but if you prefer them cold it is normal for them to deflate a little, but I assure you they will still be delicious. This Nutella dessert is a kind of warm Nutella heart, its inside will be soft and moist and I’m sure you’ll love it, if you like you can also dust with powdered sugar. You can prepare the warm Nutella heart muffin inside paper cups, or in a mug, or as I did in special soufflé molds. The Nutella soufflés can also be prepared in advance and then reheated in the microwave for a few seconds before serving. Now let’s see how to make Nutella muffins and if you try them let me know. How to make Nutella muffins
Let’s start making the Nutella muffins, separate the eggs
pour the yolks into a bowl
and the egg whites in another and whip them until stiff.
Pour the Nutella into the bowl with the yolks
and mix with a fork until you get a homogeneous mixture, you will see it becoming more solid and compact,
add the previously whipped egg whites
and incorporate them with a fork with upward movements so as not to deflate the mixture.
Divide the mixture between the two molds
bake in a preheated static oven at 375°F for 17 minutes, when cooked it will have a crust outside and inside it will still be moist, if you like dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
