FRESH TUNA MEATBALLS

Fresh tuna meatballs are a delicious main dish you can also serve as an appetizer; they will conquer you just as they conquered my whole family. These fried tuna meatballs are very appetizing, crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. These tuna meatballs will also be very appealing to children, having a delicate flavor and being an alternative way to eat tuna. You can serve them with lemon, mayonnaise, pink sauce, or ketchup. For optimal cooking, I recommend not making the tuna meatballs too large; the ideal size is that of an apricot. If you also fry other fish along with the tuna meatballs, I recommend reading my article on how to make a perfect fish fry. If you want to use canned tuna, I recommend these TUNA AND RICOTTA MEATBALLS. Now let’s see how to make fresh tuna meatballs, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara

Mix very well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
