  • 3.5 oz tomato sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps oregano
  • 6 slices smoked scamorza cheese
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 1 egg

How to make Tomato Pastries

  • Let’s start preparing the Tomato Pastries, pour the tomato sauce into a bowl and season with a pinch of salt,

  • oregano

  • and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil,

  • mix all the ingredients well.

  • Unroll the puff pastry and cut the shorter side in half and the longer side into 3 parts to get 6 rectangles.

  • Place a slice of smoked scamorza cheese on each rectangle,
