CRISPY OUTSIDE AND SOFT INSIDE CAULIFLOWER CUTLETS cooked in air fryer

Today I prepared breaded cauliflower, cooked in an air fryer. Crispy outside and soft inside. I love cauliflower, and here on the blog, you’ll find many recipes with cauliflower. Cauliflower cutlets are very easy to prepare. I used the air fryer, but they can be baked or fried as well. It’s your choice. If you love cauliflower like I do, also try these:

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • as needed breadcrumbs
  • as needed various herbs

Steps

  • Wash the cauliflower and cut it into slices.

  • Dip the cauliflower slices first in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

  • Cook for about 10 minutes at 392°F, spraying a little oil on the surface.
