- 1 clove garlic

How to prepare Sautéed Yellow Zucchini
Let’s start preparing the Sautéed Yellow Zucchini, wash the zucchini and trim off the ends, then cut them into pieces. Pour some extra virgin olive oil into a pan and add the garlic clove cut in half, let it infuse for a few minutes.
Add the zucchini, season with salt, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring gently so as not to break them. In the meantime, wash the parsley and chop it finely.
