- 4.4 oz blackberries
- 4.4 oz blueberries

- 5 tbsps sugar
- 1.5 cups berry yogurt (3 containers of 4.4 oz each)

How to make the berry and mascarpone cake
Let’s start making the Berry and Mascarpone Cake. Wash the berries and let them dry on paper towels. Meanwhile, pour the mascarpone into a bowl and work it with a fork.
add the sugar
and incorporate it into the mascarpone.
Add the berry yogurt,
and beat with the electric whisk until you get a fluffy and well-whipped cream.
Place the ladyfingers at the bottom of the pan,
and brush them with milk,
add half of the mascarpone and yogurt cream and level it out,
put half of the berries on the cream.
cover with another layer of ladyfingers
and soak them with milk,
pour the remaining mascarpone and yogurt cream
and cover with the remaining berries.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the berry and mascarpone cake rest in the fridge for 6 hours before serving.
