A combination of flavors that makes the chicken wrap a delight for the palate. It is so popular that the wrap can also be found in fast food restaurants and kids love it. How to prepare the Crispy Chicken Wrap with Milanese
Let’s start preparing the Crispy Chicken Wrap, wash the lettuce leaves and slice a tomato, preheat the oven to 428°F. Place the Milanese cutlets in a baking dish without any seasoning. When the oven is hot, bake them for 10 minutes, turning them halfway through. When they are ready, take them out of the oven and cut the cutlets into strips.
While the cutlets are in the oven, prepare the Greek yogurt sauce, pour the yogurt into a bowl, season with salt, extra virgin olive oil, and crushed garlic, mix everything and set aside.
Now the wrap needs to be filled for about two-thirds of its size. Place the wrap on a plate and spread some Greek yogurt sauce.
Add the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and cutlet strips, and add more Greek yogurt sauce. Fold the wrap and roll it, heat it on a grill or for a few minutes in the oven.
Serve the crispy chicken wrap warm or at room temperature.
