- 12.7 oz tofu
- 10.6 oz mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste soy sauce
How to make Tofu and Mushrooms
Let’s start preparing the Tofu and mushrooms, take a piece of paper towel and pat the tofu dry then cut it into cubes.
Pour the soy sauce and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil into a bowl, whisk with a fork to mix well, add the tofu cubes and stir so that all the tofu is flavored by the marinade liquid, cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices or pieces, place them in a pan, add the garlic clove, a pinch of salt, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After the tofu has marinated, remove it from the soy sauce and add it to the pan with the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, season with salt and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot
