- 3 eggs
- 12 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 12 tablespoons sugar
- 12 tablespoons vegetable oil
- to taste orange zest
- 12 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste butter
How to prepare the Plumcake 12 tablespoons with orange
Break the eggs into a bowl, then add the sugar and grated orange zest.
Whisk until the eggs are nice and frothy, pour in the 12 tablespoons of oil, and mix slowly.
Work for a few minutes, then add the orange juice, then mix again. As a final step, add the 12 tablespoons of sifted flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into the plumcake mold lined with parchment paper, then bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 40-45 minutes.
