Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 12 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • to taste orange zest
  • 12 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • to taste butter

How to prepare the Plumcake 12 tablespoons with orange

  • Break the eggs into a bowl, then add the sugar and grated orange zest.

  • Whisk until the eggs are nice and frothy, pour in the 12 tablespoons of oil, and mix slowly.

  • Work for a few minutes, then add the orange juice, then mix again. As a final step, add the 12 tablespoons of sifted flour and baking powder.

  • Pour the mixture into the plumcake mold lined with parchment paper, then bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 40-45 minutes.

It can be stored under a cake dome at room temperature for up to 3 days. It can be frozen once cooled. For an even tastier result, you can add dark chocolate chips. If you prefer a rustic flavor, you can use half whole wheat flour.
