The banana milkshake with cocoa ice cream is a true delight to serve for breakfast or as a snack. Milkshakes are drinks to be enjoyed ice-cold and are especially served during the summer, although many, like me, enjoy ice creams and cold drinks both in summer and winter. In the winter, if I want to enjoy a nice milkshake, I have it in the afternoon, but sometimes even after dinner with friends. In summer, when the heat is unbearable, I often treat myself to a fruit milkshake even for breakfast.

Preparation BANANA MILKSHAKE WITH COCOA ICE CREAM
The important thing when preparing a milkshake is that all ingredients are ice-cold, so place the milk and bananas in the refrigerator. Once they’re already cold, you can also put them in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Having said that, let’s start with the preparation of our milkshake.
Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and place them in the blender cup.
Add the milk and the sugar; blend for about 1 minute. At this point, add the ice cream and blend for a few moments until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the milkshake into the glasses and serve immediately.

Of course, you can choose the ice cream you prefer and get a different milkshake each time.
Is adding sugar necessary?
No, it’s not, it depends on your taste. You can try making the milkshake without sugar and after tasting it, decide if you want to add sugar; then just blend for a few seconds.
