- 4 round zucchinis
- 3.5 oz string cheese
- 2 potatoes
- to taste parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

- 4.2 oz canned tuna in oil

How to prepare round zucchini stuffed with tuna
Let’s start preparing the Round Zucchini Stuffed with Tuna, cut the string cheese (pizza mozzarella, scamorza, or provola) into cubes.
Boil the potatoes and cut them into pieces, place them on a plate, and add chopped parsley.
Mash them with a fork.
Add a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
A pinch of salt.

And the tuna, mix well and set aside.
Wash the zucchinis, cut the top off, and set aside, using a knife, carve the flesh.
Scoop out the internal flesh with a melon baller or a knife if you don’t have one.
Grease the baking tray with some oil.

Add a splash of oil over the filling.
