Cold meatloaf with potatoes and ham requires no cooking, the only thing you need to cook are the potatoes. I recommend preparing it the day before so it has all the time to rest in the fridge and become more compact and tasty. The potato no-bake meatloaf is perfect during the summer when you don’t want to turn on the oven or if you have boiled too many potatoes and don’t know how to use them in alternative ways. My children do not like tuna, and when I prepared the TUNA NO-BAKE MEATLOAF for me and my husband, which we love a lot, they complained that I didn’t prepare an alternative that they would also enjoy. So the next time, I also prepared this potato and ham meatloaf. Now let’s see how to prepare the cold meatloaf with potatoes and ham and if you try it, let me know, Barbara
