Puff pastry with canned pineapple and hazelnuts is easy to make and also very nice to serve. If you like, you can also prepare them with fresh pineapple instead of canned, maybe adding a little sugar on top of the pineapple slices. If you like quick desserts with puff pastry, I recommend trying PUFF PASTRY COOKIES WITH JAM, PUFF PASTRY CROISSANTS WITH NUTELLA, PUFF PASTRY SWIRLS WITH NUTELLA, PUFF PASTRY CAKE WITH CUSTARD, PUFF PASTRY CANNOLIS WITH CHOCOLATE

- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 6 slices pineapple, canned (or fresh pineapple)
- 6 hazelnuts
- to taste chopped hazelnuts
- 6 teaspoons orange marmalade (or preferred jam)

Procedure for preparing Puff Pastry with Canned Pineapple and Hazelnuts
Start preparing the puff pastry with canned pineapple and hazelnuts, unroll the rectangular puff pastry, cut it, and create 6 rectangles. On each rectangle, make cuts at the corners like in the photo.
Place a teaspoon of orange marmalade or your preferred jam in the center of each rectangle.
Sprinkle the marmalade with chopped hazelnuts and add a slice of canned pineapple.
Lift the cut edges, bringing all four to the center, press well, and add a hazelnut.
Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, brown sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
When the Puff Pastry with Pineapple and hazelnuts are ready, let them cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
