Ingredients to prepare Baked Ribs and Potatoes
- 2.2 lbs pork ribs
- 0.9 lbs potatoes
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 leaves sage
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt

How to prepare baked ribs and potatoes
Let’s start preparing the Baked Ribs and Potatoes, preheat the static oven to 350°F and while it reaches the temperature, let’s prepare everything. Finely chop the sage and rosemary and cut the garlic clove in half. Peel the potatoes with a peeler, cut them into pieces, and wash them under running water, then pat them dry with kitchen paper.
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a baking dish, place the ribs, and add the wine. When the oven is hot, place the baking dish with the ribs and bake them for 20 minutes covered with a sheet of aluminum foil or parchment paper. After 20 minutes, take the dish out of the oven, remove the foil, and drain all the fat that has formed.
Now add the potato pieces, sprinkle the ribs and potatoes with the chopped rosemary and sage, and add a drizzle of oil, season with salt and pepper, and put back in the oven, this time without covering. Bake for 30 minutes, turning the ribs and potatoes every 10 minutes.
