  • 1.8 oz Onion
  • 8.8 oz peeled tomatoes (or tomato puree)

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 tbsps Breadcrumbs

  • Let’s start preparing the meatballs with cooked ham, finely chop the onion,

  • then pour it into a pot, add the extra virgin olive oil

  • and the peeled tomatoes.

  • With a fork, mash the peeled tomatoes, add a pinch of salt

  • and the water, place on the stove and cook over low heat with the lid on while preparing the meatballs.

  • Finely chop or blend the cooked ham,

  • Place the ground beef in a bowl, a splash of extra virgin olive oil,
