Ingredients for preparing Savory Puff Pastry Fans with Zucchini

How to prepare Savory Puff Pastry Fans
Let’s start preparing the savory puff pastry fans, wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and grate it using a large-holed grater.
Preheat the convection oven to 356°F. Unroll the rectangular puff pastry, spread the cream cheese all over the surface, add the grated zucchini and spread them well, add a pinch of salt and some chives, cover with slices of smoked bacon.
Starting from the two ends, roll inward and with a very sharp knife, I use a ceramic one, cut slices about 0.4 inches thick, being careful not to press them too much during cutting.
Arrange them on the baking tray with parchment paper, not too close because they will significantly increase in volume during cooking.
When the oven is hot, bake. Cook for about 20 minutes, the time may vary depending on the type of oven, so I recommend checking for the last 5 minutes, they should be golden and well puffed.
Remove the savory puff pastry fans from the oven and wait for them to cool.
How to store the Savory Puff Pastry Fans
