DARK CHOCOLATE PUDDING firm enough to slice

Dark chocolate pudding, delicious sliceable pudding, light and easy to make contains no flour, it’s firm and you can slice it. You can prepare it using sheet gelatin or agar agar; the consistency is practically the same and the taste doesn’t change. I’ve tried both versions, and they’re both fabulous. To prepare the dark chocolate pudding, you can also use plant-based milk if you’re lactose intolerant, like almond or oat milk, lactose-free cow’s milk, or any other you prefer. I used an 18 cm loaf pan (this one HERE) but you can also use single-serving molds or the classic cake pan. I recommend checking out other chocolate recipes; you’ll surely find another dessert to try. Now let’s see how to make the dark chocolate pudding, and if you try it, let me know. Barbara
