Preparation
Let’s start preparing the Accordion Potatoes with Clai Farmhouse Salami, wash the potatoes very well and without peeling them, steam them or if you don’t have a steamer, boil them for 10 minutes. They should still be firm; otherwise, they will break when you cut them
Meanwhile, slice the farmhouse salami and smoked provolone cheese.
Remove the potatoes from the pot and using a sharp knife, make cuts without reaching the base of the potato; otherwise, you will cut them and not achieve the desired effect.
Now fill each cut by alternating slices of provolone with those of salami. Preheat the static oven to 356°F (180°C), and place the potatoes on a baking sheet or a baking dish, season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. When the oven is hot, bake and cook for 15 minutes. You can also do this last step in the microwave to speed up the process, set the microwave to 1382°F (750°C) with the grill function and cook for 10 minutes
