How to prepare Crispy Baked Potatoes
Let’s proceed with making the crispy potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Put them in a bowl with water for a couple of minutes to remove the starch and prevent them from turning black.
Meanwhile, finely chop the rosemary and sage. Put the mixture in a bowl and add garlic powder (or finely chop half a garlic clove if you do not have garlic powder). Add the breadcrumbs and mix everything well.
Drain the potatoes and place them in a fairly large bowl. Add the breadcrumbs flavored with herbs and 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Mix very well so that the potatoes get coated with breadcrumbs and aromas.Pour 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, add the potatoes and breadcrumb mixture.
