  • 1.32 lbs Ground beef
  • 3.5 oz Mozzarella for pizza
  • 1 egg
  • to taste Parsley

  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs

  • 1 sprig Rosemary

  • 3.4 oz White wine

How to Make Meatballs in White Sauce

  • Let’s start preparing the Meatballs in White Sauce, cut the mozzarella for pizza into cubes and boil a potato.

  • In a bowl, pour the ground beef, slightly mash it with a fork, and add the egg,

  • a pinch of salt,

  • mix all the ingredients well and add the boiled, mashed potato

  • and a tablespoon of breadcrumbs, mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • when the alcohol has evaporated, add the vegetable broth and cook with the lid on for 15/20 minutes, the cooking time may vary depending on the size of the meatballs.
