Ingredients for preparing the Frittata with green beans
- 10.5 oz Green beans
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3.5 oz Mozzarella for pizza (or smoked cheese)
How to prepare the Frittata with green beans
Cover a baking dish with parchment paper. If the dish is small, the frittata will be thicker; if larger, it will be thinner. Pour the eggs with the green beans and spread them evenly over the entire pan.
Start preparing the Frittata with green beans, clean the beans by trimming the ends and washing them under running water. Cook them in slightly salted water for 10 minutes after boiling, or in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes from the moment it whistles. After cooking, drain and let them cool.
