Kinder chocolate cream was something my children had been asking me to prepare for a long time, but with one thing or another I hadn’t managed it yet. The cream with Kinder is very good and it was a hit, perfect both as a spoon dessert and to fill cakes, sponge rolls, cannoncini, or cream puffs. The Kinder chocolate cream can be prepared either with Kinder bars as I did, or with Kinder eggs or even leftover Easter Kinder eggs you have in the pantry and want to use. The Kinder chocolate cream is perfect for a delicious snack, perhaps when your children invite friends over after school, and you don’t know what sweet to offer, you can also prepare it spread on bread as it is a real Spreadable Kinder Cream, perhaps you can accompany it with CHOCOLATE-FILLED PANCAKES. Now let’s see how to make Kinder chocolate cream, and if you try it, let me know. Barbara

How to prepare Kinder chocolate cream
Let’s start preparing the Kinder chocolate cream, break the Kinder Maxi chocolate bars into pieces, place them in a bowl if you will use the microwave to melt them or in a small saucepan if melting in a bain-marie. If melting in the microwave, set to maximum power, in my case 750W for 1 minute, then take out the bowl and stir, if they are not completely melted set for another 30 seconds. If melting in a bain-marie, place a smaller saucepan inside a larger one, making sure the water doesn’t enter the smaller saucepan where you placed the Kinder, let the Kinder melt completely until it becomes a smooth cream.
When the Kinder is melted, stir well until you obtain a smooth cream, set aside and let it cool completely.
Whip the cream with electric beaters.
Then add the melted Kinder Maxi to the cream.
Incorporate with a fork using upward and downward movements so as not to deflate the cream.
Do it slowly until you get a smooth and light cream, then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Retrieve the Kinder cream from the refrigerator and transfer it into a piping bag.
And serve it in small glasses or bowls.
Decorate it as you like, with a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa or a piece of Kinder chocolate.
How to store Kinder chocolate cream
The Kinder chocolate cream is kept in the refrigerator for 2/3 days.
