How to prepare the Layered zucchini and potato pie
Let’s start preparing the Layered zucchini and potato pie by washing the zucchini, trimming them to remove the ends, and slicing them. You can also use a mandolin if you prefer.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into thin slices as well,
Heat a grill pan very well and when it is hot, place the potato slices and grill them well on both sides, continue until all the potato slices are done.
Once you have cooked the potatoes, proceed to grill the zucchini slices on both sides as well.
Now that the potatoes and zucchini have been grilled, you can proceed to prepare the pie by making the various layers. Oil the baking dish,
make a layer of grilled potatoes,
add a slice of bacon,
some diced mozzarella for pizza or scamorza or another stringy cheese,
make a layer of grilled zucchini,

and then proceed again with the grilled potatoes
add some salt,
some pepper
