PASTA ALLA PIZZAIOLA

Pasta alla pizzaiola is a delicious first course, very simple and easy to prepare, just a few ingredients are needed to make this tasty first course. To prepare the baked pasta alla pizzaiola, you must first cook the pasta a little and keep it very al dente, then it will continue cooking in the oven, gaining even more flavor as it slowly absorbs its sauce. My children are crazy for pasta alla pizzaiola, as they prefer simple but tasty dishes just like this one. If you wish, you can prepare the sauce using cherry tomatoes or fresh tomatoes instead of peeled tomatoes or tomato sauce; tomatoes are perfect in summer when they are tasty and pulpy. I also recommend taking a look at TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA LASAGNA a simple and tasty first course. Now let’s see how to make pasta alla pizzaiola, and if you try it, let me know. Barbara
