Genuine and colorful, it will also be loved by the little ones, who will prefer it to many packaged drinks full of flavors and preservatives. To prepare strawberry lemonade, just a few simple steps are needed: prepare a syrup with water and sugar, and blend it together with the strawberries and lemon juice. The resulting mixture, which has a very intense flavor, needs to be diluted with some fresh water. Strawberry lemonade is served very cold, in glasses full of ice, which you can garnish, if you wish, with fresh strawberry pieces.

Ingredients for about 3 cups of strawberry lemonade
- 8 oz strawberries
- to taste sugar (I used 1/3 cup, but the amount can be adjusted to taste)
- 2 lemons (juice only)
- 17 oz water
- 3 oz strawberries
- 1/2 lemon (sliced)
- as needed ice (cubed)

- 1 Juicer
- 1 Blender
- 1 Pitcher about 4 cups
- 1 Spoon

To prepare the strawberry lemonade, start by putting 3.4 oz of water taken from the total in a saucepan. Put it on the heat and add the sugar (1). The amount of sugar can vary according to your taste or needs; I used 1/3 cup.
Let it dissolve well and boil for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Squeeze the lemons (2); wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces (3).
Put some ice in a large pitcher (7), add the blended strawberry mixture (8), and dilute it with 13.6 oz of cold water (9). Mix the strawberry lemonade well and, if not serving immediately, store it in the refrigerator.
When serving, fill large glasses with ice, strawberry pieces, and lemon slices. Pour in the strawberry lemonade and serve immediately.

Storage
You can store the strawberry lemonade in the fridge for 3 or 4 days.
Tips and Variations
If you are on a diet, you can prepare the strawberry lemonade without sugar or replace it with a sweetener: in both cases, you can skip the first step, i.e., boiling water and/or sweetener, and add them directly in the blender.
To give an even fresher aroma to your lemonade, add a sprig of fresh mint to each glass.
