Cottage Cheese Fritters

Cottage cheese fritters are a delightful finger food appetizer, easy and quick to prepare.

Super soft and golden, light thanks to cottage cheese, which is a low-fat, delicate, and slightly acidic cheese that gives the fritters flavor and softness under a crunchy crust. Perfect for accompanying a drink, as an appetizer, or for a cocktail party, suitable for everyone, young and old.
