Ingredients

  • 17 1/2 oz all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 g active dry yeast
  • 7 oz tomato sauce
  • 7 oz mozzarella cheese
  • oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of the Pizza in Air Fryer

  • Put the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the center.
Pour in the water, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and the yeast, and mix with a fork starting from the center, gradually incorporating the flour, until the liquids are well absorbed, then knead by hand (with moistened hands) until the dough is smooth.
Incorporate two teaspoons of salt and knead thoroughly to absorb it.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for thirty minutes at room temperature.

  • After this first rise, divide the dough into four equal parts on a floured board.
Shape each part into balls, then cover them with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise again at room temperature for eight hours.

  • Roll each part out to fit into the air fryer basket.
Place the prepared pizzas on baking paper and brush the surface with a little oil.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, season the tomato sauce with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.

  • Cook each pizza for three minutes in the preheated air fryer at 392°F.
Top with the seasoned tomato sauce and mozzarella, and cook for another five minutes.
Serve immediately, piping hot, your pizza in the air fryer.
