Ingredients for Beetroot Herbal Tea
- 3 teaspoons dehydrated beetroot powder
- 2 cups water
- 4 leaves mint (fresh)
- 2 wedges lemon (with edible peel)
- Half teaspoon stevia

Preparation of Beetroot Herbal Tea
In a saucepan, pour the water, freeze-dried beetroot, stevia, mint leaves, and lemon wedges, place it on medium heat, and once it boils, count 5 minutes of cooking, then turn it off and let it cool.
Once the beetroot herbal tea is well cooled, decant it into a bottle filtering it with a strainer (discard the remains) using a funnel, leaving only the liquid in the bottle
Place the bottle in the fridge for at least 3 hours to chill; once it is well cold, you can enjoy it as you like, it is very refreshing and thirst-quenching!
