Ingredients for Beetroot Herbal Tea

  • 3 teaspoons dehydrated beetroot powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 leaves mint (fresh)
  • 2 wedges lemon (with edible peel)
  • Half teaspoon stevia

Preparation of Beetroot Herbal Tea

  • In a saucepan, pour the water, freeze-dried beetroot, stevia, mint leaves, and lemon wedges. Place on medium heat, and when it starts boiling, allow 5 minutes of cooking time, then turn off and let it cool.

  • Once the beetroot herbal tea is well chilled, transfer it into a bottle, straining it with a strainer (discard the residue) and using a funnel to leave only the liquid in the bottle.

  • Place the bottle in the fridge for at least 3 hours to cool down. Once it’s well chilled, you can enjoy it as you like; it’s very refreshing and thirst-quenching!
