Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup pistachio spread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup pistachio chips (or dark chocolate or white chocolate chips)
Preparing the Pistachio Cookies
Preheat the oven to 340°F in static mode.
In a large bowl, pour the flour, pistachio spread, and egg, and mix thoroughly until you get a smooth and soft dough.Add the pistachio chips (or dark chocolate or white chocolate according to your taste and availability) and mix to incorporate them into the dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Form walnut-sized balls of dough and place them on the baking tray, keeping them spaced.
Gently flatten them with your fingers.
Bake for ten minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool completely on the tray, and then transfer your pistachio cookies to a serving tray or a tin box or airtight container for storage.
