Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs tagliatelle
  • 7.1 oz bacon (in one slice)
  • 3.5 oz parmesan (grated)
  • 7/8 cup milk
  • salt

Preparation of Creamy Tagliatelle with Bacon and Parmesan

  • Bring a pot of water to the boil for cooking the pasta.
    Cut the bacon into cubes.
    Heat a large non-stick pan.

  • When it is very hot, add the diced bacon and let it brown on all sides.
    Salt the pasta water and cook the tagliatelle al dente.
    In the meantime, heat the milk until it is just below boiling, then transfer it to a blender with the grated parmesan and blend until a smooth cream is obtained.

  • Drain the tagliatelle and add them to the pan with the bacon.
    Add the parmesan cream and mix thoroughly.
    Serve your creamy tagliatelle with bacon and parmesan immediately.
