Pasta with cream and Parmesan is a very quick, easy to make, and inexpensive main dish, with only three ingredients.
When the pantry is almost empty, maybe when you return from vacation and haven’t had time to restock it yet, but hunger “calls” and you don’t want to miss out on a tasty dish perfect for the whole family, ready in a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 11 oz pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
Preparation of Pasta with Cream and Parmesan
Bring a pot full of water to the boil for the pasta.
Meanwhile, heat the cream in a large pan with the grated cheese for a few minutes.Drain the pasta a couple of minutes before the cooking time indicated on its package, keeping some of its cooking water aside.
Add the pasta to the pan, mix thoroughly, and add a bit of the reserved cooking water as needed.Cook the pasta to completion.
Serve immediately, piping hot, your pasta with cream and Parmesan.
