Chicken and Ham Strips

Chicken and ham strips are a delicious main course, easy and quick to prepare.

Simple and tasty, they are perfect for a family lunch or dinner and are especially loved by children but also by adults, easy to make with simple ingredients almost always available in the kitchen.

Chicken breast is tender and easily digestible, rich in high-quality proteins and important micronutrients. It contributes to strengthening the immune system and supports the proper functioning of muscle metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1.76 lbs chicken breast (sliced)
  • 4.2 oz cooked ham (sliced)
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • rosemary
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Chicken and Ham Strips

  • Cut the chicken slices into strips and place them in a bowl.
    Also cut the ham slices always into strips and add them to the chicken.

  • Dress everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and a bit of chopped rosemary and mix thoroughly.
    Add the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs and mix again until everything is homogeneous.

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the prepared mixture, leveling it.
    Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for twenty minutes.
    Remove from the oven and serve immediately, your chicken and ham strips hot.
