Ingredients
- 8 zucchini
- breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Air Fryer Zucchini Sticks
Wash the zucchinis, trim them, and cut into slices about 3/8 inch thick, then into sticks 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 inches long.
Collect the sticks in a bowl, season with two tablespoons of oil, and mix thoroughly.Add some breadcrumbs and mix again to ensure they stick.
Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes at 392°F, then place the zucchini sticks at the bottom of the basket without overlapping.Cook them at 392°F for ten minutes, turning them halfway through.
Before serving, season your zucchini sticks with a pinch of salt.
