Chicken Strips and Peppers in Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 14 oz chicken breast (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (small)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (small)
  • 1 green bell pepper (small)
  • 3/4 oz grana cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Chicken Strips and Peppers in Air Fryer

  • Cut the chicken slices into strips and place them in a bowl.
    Wash the bell peppers, remove the stem, seeds, and white filaments, and cut them into strips.
    Add them to the bowl with the chicken strips.

  • Chop the garlic clove and add it to the bowl with a splash of oil and a pinch of salt and mix.
    Add the breadcrumbs, a bunch of chopped parsley, and the grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
    Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and pour in the bowl’s contents, leveling it.

  • Cook at 375°F for fifteen minutes, stirring halfway through.
    Serve immediately, piping hot, your chicken strips and peppers in the air fryer.
