Ingredients
- 1 cup cups lemon juice
- 1 cup cups sugar
- 2 cups cups water
Preparation of Creamy Lemon Granita
Strain the lemon juice.
Put the water in a small saucepan with the sugar and heat until the sugar has dissolved.Turn off the heat and let cool completely, then add the lemon juice and pour the liquid into ice cube trays.
Freeze for at least six hours.
Prepare the creamy lemon granita by blending the ice in the blender until it becomes fine and creamy.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can prepare the frozen lemonade cubes in advance and keep them in the freezer as a stock to quickly prepare granitas whenever you want for yourself and your guests.
