Rosemary gratin stuffed tomatoes are a delicious dish, perfect as an appetizer or side dish, easy to make and very tasty.
These are cherry tomatoes with a filling of simple ingredients like breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and mozzarella scented with rosemary, irresistible bites to enjoy in one bite, with the only warning that one leads to another! Perfect to accompany an aperitif, as an appetizer, but also as a side dish to meat or fish dishes, maybe for a barbecue.

Ingredients
- 26 cherry tomatoes
- 5.3 oz mozzarella
- breadcrumbs
- Parmesan (grated)
- rosemary
- salt
Preparation of rosemary gratin stuffed tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut the top off and gently scoop out the pulp and seeds with a teaspoon without breaking them.
Slightly salt them and let them rest upside down.Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes the size of the cherry tomatoes and let it drain.
In a small bowl, mix two tablespoons of breadcrumbs with two tablespoons of grated Parmesan.Fill the cherry tomatoes with a bit of the breadcrumb and Parmesan mix, insert a cube of mozzarella, and arrange them in a baking dish. Sprinkle the surface with a bit of rosemary and bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for twenty minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve your rosemary gratin stuffed tomatoes.
