Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs green beans
  • 3 anchovies
  • Half clove garlic
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Green Beans Genovese Style

  • Wash the green beans, trim them, and cook them in salted boiling water for ten minutes.
    Drain them and set aside.

  • Chop the anchovies, half clove of garlic, and parsley.
    Heat a little oil in a large pan, add the chopped mixture and let it cook for five minutes.

  • Add the green beans, adjust the salt, and cook for a few more minutes, stirring thoroughly to let them absorb the flavor.
    Serve your green beans Genovese style immediately.
