- Nutella
- 7 oz milk chocolate
- peanuts (roasted unsalted)
Preparation of Nutella Rolls
On your work surface, use a rolling pin to flatten the slices of bread: this will make them more elastic and they won’t break when you roll them.
Spread a thin layer of Nutella on the surface and roll them up to form cylinders.
Set them aside.Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave or over a double boiler.
Let it cool slightly.
Coarsely chop two or three tablespoons of roasted unsalted peanuts and add them to the melted chocolate.Dip the filled bread cylinders into the melted chocolate, covering them completely on all sides and using two forks or kitchen tongs, place them on a tray without overlapping and keeping them slightly apart.
Put them in the fridge for an hour to solidify the coating.
Serve your Nutella rolls.
