Stuffed peppers in the air fryer are a delightful main course that is very easy to prepare.
Filled with ground meat and provolone, simple to make, rich in flavor, they are very tasty and perfect for any occasion. Thanks to the air fryer, they cook quickly and with little oil.

Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 1.3 lbs mixed ground meat
- 3.5 oz mortadella
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices stale bread
- milk
- 3.5 oz provolone
- breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of stuffed peppers in the air fryer
Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half and remove the stem, seeds, and filaments.
In a bowl, break the stale bread into pieces and soak it in a little milk.
Chop the mortadella.Cut the provolone into cubes.
In a large bowl, put the ground meat, eggs, bread well-squeezed from the milk, mortadella, a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.
Stuff the peppers with the mixture obtained, add the provolone, and sprinkle with some breadcrumbs.Spray with a little oil and place the peppers in the air fryer basket lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
Cook at 375°F for twenty minutes.
Serve your stuffed peppers from the air fryer.
