Homemade Blueberry Ice Cream

Homemade blueberry ice cream is a delicious and clever fruit-based ice cream, easy and quick to prepare.

In fact, you just need three easy ingredients and in a few minutes, you will have an irresistible ice cream without eggs, without an ice cream maker, that only needs to set in the fridge without stirring or anything, and it’s very creamy. You can prepare it in about ten minutes and enjoy it after 8 hours of resting, maybe in the evening for the next day, for after lunch or as a snack, or in the morning for the evening, as a treat after dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz blueberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 7 oz condensed milk (click for the super easy recipe to make it at home)

Preparation of Homemade Blueberry Ice Cream

  • Wash and gently dry the blueberries, then blend them.
    In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the well-chilled cream until stiff peaks form.

  • Add the blueberry puree and the condensed milk, stirring gently with a spatula in slow movements from bottom to top, until you get a smooth mixture.

  • Transfer the obtained mixture into a freezer-safe container and level it.
    Put the container in the freezer for at least eight hours before serving your homemade blueberry ice cream.
