Air Fryer Zucchini Flowers

Air fryer zucchini flowers are a tasty appetizer or side dish that is easy and quick to prepare.

Zucchini flowers are low-calorie foods, rich in vitamins A, C, and B, as well as minerals, and possess antioxidant properties while being highly digestible. They are used in many cooking recipes, the most famous being battered and fried zucchini flowers. A great alternative is air frying, with little oil and in a short time, using a batter without eggs.
