Ingredients

  • 5.6 oz dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 7 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar (for decoration)

Preparation of Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cake

  • Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
    Chop the dark chocolate and melt it in the microwave or a double boiler.
    Add the diced butter and mix thoroughly.

  • Add the sugar, mix, and then also add the beaten eggs, continuing to mix.
    Incorporate the flour and finally the vanilla extract.
    Grease three small molds suitable for the air fryer with butter and sprinkle them with sugar, then fill them with the prepared batter.

  • Cook at 356°F for nine minutes.
    Serve immediately, dusting each air fryer chocolate lava cake with powdered sugar as desired.
