Preparation of the Soft Easter Tart
First, prepare the base.
In a bowl, put the eggs and sugar and beat with electric beaters until you get a light, frothy mixture.
Slowly add the vegetable oil, still mixing with the beaters. Finally, incorporate the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanillin, mixing until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Grease and flour a 9.5-inch diameter smart tart mold and pour in the prepared mixture.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 338°F for fifteen minutes: do the toothpick test by inserting it in the center of the cake; it should come out dry, otherwise, prolong the cooking.Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the mold before turning it out onto a platter or serving plate.
When the base is cold, prepare the cream.
Put the mascarpone, heavy cream still liquid and well chilled from the refrigerator, and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat everything with electric beaters for five to ten minutes, until you have a homogeneous, dense, and firm cream.Transfer the cream to a pastry bag with a wide plain nozzle and fill the tart’s recess.
Decorate the surface of your soft Easter tart with sugar flowers, chocolate eggs, chocolate and colored sprinkles, chocolate shavings, etc., according to your imagination.
