Cheese Cake in Air Fryer

The cheese cake in the air fryer is a tasty savory cake that’s simple and easy to make.

No rising time is needed because it is made with instant yeast for savory preparations. With a delicate and simple taste, it’s perfect to be served with cold cuts, it’s very easy to prepare and cooked in the air fryer, saving time and at a lower temperature than a traditional oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 2/3 oz scamorza (or provolone)
  • 1 1/2 oz grana cheese (grated)
  • 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • salt

Preparation of the Cheese Cake in Air Fryer

  • Cut the scamorza (or provolone) into cubes.
    In a large bowl, add the eggs with a pinch of salt and beat them with an electric mixer.

  • Add the milk, stirring continuously, then the vegetable oil and the grated grana cheese.
    Combine the sifted all-purpose flour and the instant yeast for savory preparations, mixing well to avoid lumps.
    Add the scamorza (or provolone) cubes and mix with a spatula.

  • Butter and flour a cake pan suitable for your air fryer and pour in the prepared mixture.
    Bake at 338°F for thirty minutes (perform the toothpick test at the end of cooking; it should come out dry when inserted into the cake, otherwise extend the cooking time by a few more minutes).

  • Once cooked, let it cool completely in the mold.
    Your cheese cake in the air fryer can be stored well-covered under a cake dome for a couple of days.
