All you need is a blender and simple ingredients to prepare the mixture in a few minutes, then straight into the oven for baking, and finally a luscious Nutella topping to make it even more irresistible 😉

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder (4 g)
- 3/4 cup Nutella (for decoration)
Preparation of the Blender Chocolate Cake
To make the blender chocolate cake, pour the eggs, sugar, softened butter cut into pieces, milk, flour, and unsweetened cocoa powder into the blender jar.
Close the jar and blend for a few minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture.Also incorporate the baking powder, mixing again to make everything uniform.
Pour the obtained mixture into a greased and floured 7-inch diameter cake pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for forty minutes.Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and transfer the cake to a serving plate.
While it is still warm, decorate the surface with Nutella, spreading it with a spatula.
Serve your cake once it is completely cool.
