- 4.4 oz mozzarella
- 1.8 oz cooked ham (about 2 slices)
Preparation of Easy Air Fryer Panzerotti
Tear the slices of cooked ham.
Drain the mozzarella from its preserving liquid and cut it into pieces.
Unroll the pizza dough on the worktop and use a round cookie cutter or a cup to cut out discs about three inches in diameter.Stuff each disc with some ham and mozzarella and fold them over into a half-moon shape. Press firmly on the edges, perhaps with the tines of a fork, to seal them and prevent them from opening during cooking.
Place the panzerotti you have created in the basket of the air fryer.Cook them at 375°F for ten minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking.
